Beier has been the head coach at O’Gorman High School for the past 20 years, with a career varsity record of 179-52-39. and six state championship teams. In 2017, he was a finalist for National Coach of the Year. He was the SF Thunder Assistant Coach in 2017 and 2018 and has been a DASC club coach throughout the past 23 years. In that time, he coached seven state champion/regional qualifying teams. Beier also coached the University of Sioux Falls men for 2 years in 98 and 99. He graduated from and played soccer at the University of Sioux Falls. Coach Beier currently teaches Health and PE at OGJH, He and his wife Jessica have 3 kids, Evan (16), Mareth (13), and CJ (9).
Haggerty found his passion for soccer at Goshen College in Indiana, where he played for four years and earned an NAIA honorable mention. Haggerty has nineteen years of coaching experience at the high school level. He coached for eight years in Ohio and eleven in South Dakota. He now looks to expand his knowledge of the game to management of the Thunder. Dan and his wife Heather work at Dan Haggerty Insurance Agency Inc. They have four children, Ryan Brennan, Gavin, and Praba.
Glissendorf has coached for the Sioux Falls area youth club, Dakota Alliance Soccer Club, for twelve years. He has coached multiple age groups and has also coached at O'Gormon High School for the last six years.
Herrera graduated from Hastings College in Hastings, NE in 2018. He was part of the 2016 NAIA National Championship-winning team. He was also a part of the 2017 GPAC Conference Tournament Champion team. Since graduating, Herrera has been the goalkeeper coach at Hastings College. During the 2019 season, Hastings led the NAIA in shutouts and was runner-up in the national championship game. Coach Cesar also has former experience in the National Premier Soccer League, taking the field for Duluth FC during the 2017 season.
